Day 1: Madurai to Theni & Valley Exploration

08:00 AM Luxury Bus Pickup (Madurai) Your spacious 45-Seater Luxury Bus arrives. The group settles into the comfortable 2×2 AC seating.
08:00 – 10:30 AM Drive to Theni & Group Breakfast Smooth highway drive. Stop at a large, designated facility for group breakfast (not included in package).
10:30 AM – 12:00 PM Group Check-in Check into the pre-booked rooms at premium Theni hotel(s). This requires coordination for 20-25 rooms/suites.
12:00 PM – 01:30 PM Vaigai Dam Visit Travel in the bus to the scenic Vaigai Dam for a quick visit and photos.
01:30 – 02:30 PM Group Lunch Enjoy lunch at a large, pre-arranged restaurant in Theni town.
03:00 – 05:30 PM Cumbum Valley & Grape Gardens The bus drives the group to the Cumbum Valley for a visit to the Grape Gardens (seasonal).
06:00 – 08:00 PM Hotel Leisure & Dinner Return to the hotel. Group relaxation followed by a comfortable dinner arrangement.
📅 Day 2: Megamalai Full Day Expedition (Vehicle Transition Day)

07:30 – 08:30 AM Breakfast Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
08:30 AM – 09:30 AM Drive to Hill Base The 45-seater bus drives to the safe, pre-designated parking area at the foot of the Megamalai ghat road.
09:30 AM – 10:30 AM Vehicle Transition & Ascent CRITICAL STEP: The group transfers from the bus to a pre-arranged fleet of smaller vehicles (approx. 4-5 Tempo Travellers or 9 Innovas). This is mandatory for safety on the hairpin roads.
10:30 AM – 01:00 PM Ascend & Chinna Suruli The fleet begins the climb. Stop for a view of Chinna Suruli Falls near the base.
01:00 – 02:00 PM Group Lunch on the Hill Organized group lunch (catered or local arrangement) on the hill.
02:00 – 04:30 PM Core Megamalai Sightseeing The small vehicle fleet takes the group to Highwavy Dam and the spectacular Manalar/Maharaja Mettu Viewpoint.
